A little about Superstar and my weekly review of Lost

hahahha... oggie.. i know i said I might boycott Superstar after last week's results... but can't stop myself from turning over to see see... anyway... i am happy with the results this time... when they said Kelvin can go in... i screamed ... I feel that he sang very well... and he really deserved it all... for his courage and determination... I only saw the ad Nana said the other time tonight... about the voting for handsome lah.. or sympathy.. i tink that ad is reallllly insulting ... stupid ad ... but way to go Kelvin... (^__^) ... oh.... for the gals leh.. not much 看头 to me liao.. cos i only like Kelly Poon... hahahha... so... if she really cannot get into the finals... nothing for me to see liao unless the rest really do something different to catch my attention... heheheh...

oggies.. from a local production now let's jump to review of an overseas production... which of course is much nicer and exciting to watch.. hahaha... that is this week's LOST: The Moth...

This is the star of this week's show... His name is Charlie in the show... and they said he acted in most of our favourite movie (maybe except Speggy huh.. heheh.. ) Lord of the Rings..

This is his character in Lord of the Rings... too bad... i dun really remember him in the show cos my eyes were only on the 2 more handsome guys in the show...... anyway.. he looks different.. i prefer him in Lost.. hahah...

Oggies... anyway... getting back to my review of the show... i really like this episode a lot... those who wana read a full detail of the episode today... can read this link http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/episodes/2004-05/7.html ... a little advice to those who are faithful followers of the show.. hahah.. try not to look beyond the epsiodes showing yah.. cos... guess that is just what makes the show more exciting...

welll... this episode brings out a lot about struggles and making choices in our lives... I guess I can really feel with the Charlie in the show when he felt like he is not helping or quite useless in his life... however.. in the end... he put to great use his very nature of being small size and saved Jack in the end bah... hahah.. hmmm... so is that the advantage of being short ?? hmmm...

the above is called Locke... He was the one who was sitting on the wheelchair but in the end could stand when the plane crashed on the island... anyway... though i tink he is a bit strange and gives me an eerie feeling sometime.. but a few times... he gives quite useful encouragement to the rest... a few of his "wise" phrases...

1) He was the one who encouraged Jack when he was not sure what to do and told him something which i tink makes a lot of sense...I forgot the exact words... but it was something like "If a leader do not know where he is going how can he lead others"

2) He said that what makes us different from animals was that we have a choice to make... and all of us have that freedom of choosing - when he was telling Charlie why he never throw away the drugs but kept it so Charlie can make a choice whether to ask him for it or not...

3) he asked Charlie to look at the moth in the cocoon...He said the moth is struggling to break free.. and he explains that he could help it out...but it would be too weak to survive—the struggle is nature's way of strengthening it.... which i tink is so real in our lives... we always struggle with so many things.. but it is in those struggles that we learn lessons... and strength our character...

hahah...but he is a bit strange lah... so.... not sure what other stories there is about him... we just have to wait and see...

well.. that's about it about my review of Lost liao loh... hahah.. i enjoyed today's episode though... but my favourite and most shocking one was still the one when Locke found out he could walk ..

anyways... congrads on those who found a job yah.. heheh..happy working and earning money so can treat poor ayam oggies.. kekek...
